is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Professional Life Coach in Minneapolis, MN. Her consulting business ¡Adelante Coaching! provides both corporate and personal Life Coaching, as well as local and national training on female responsive work with adolescent work with girls. Sandi is also the school social worker at El Colegio Charter School in south Minneapolis, who’s mission includes increasing the Latino graduation rate, and providing opportunities for profound and meaningful learning. Sandi is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has 22 years of experience in working with adolescents, families and adults as therapist/case manager/social worker in correctional, social service and educational settings. She served 11 years on the Interagency Adolescent Female Subcommittee of the Task Force on Women Offenders at the MN Department of Corrections, three of those years as chair. Sandi’s volunteerism includes serving on the Board of Directors for El Colegio Charter School and a volunteer life coach at Life’s Headwaters (www.lifesheadwaters.org).

Sandi’s coach training is through the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT), and is currently pursuing her PhD in Coaching through International University of Professional Studies (www.iups.edu). She is Certified Life Coach through ILCT as well as being an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. Her professional memberships include: International Coach Federation, Minnesota’s Coaching Association, National Association of Social Workers, MN School Social Worker’s Association.
